Bills See Their Value Declining
New York Jets 38. Buffalo Bills 14
The Buffalo Bills were terrible in this game....and that's being kind.
Fitzpatrick managed to complete his first pass close to ten minutes into the into the second quarter and it was only for about 3 feet...well "3" feet sounds better than "1" yard.
At the final minute stage of the 2nd Quarter, Buffalo had managed only one first down.
The No. 9 pick in the draft, Spiller, got just three touches during the game.
Lee Evans caught one ball for about six yards.
Buffalo managed none from ten on third downs and had the ball for less than twenty minutes in total.
The Jets figures were of course impressive but we won't go into them - because any team's figures would have looked impressive against the Bills in this game.
The only consolation for the Bills is that perhaps they came up against the best team in the NFL and would be Super Bowl XLV champions.
